192-Unit Market-Rate Apartment Building
Located at 2400 West 66th Street, just East of the Richfield/Edina border approximately a half-mile from the Southdale shopping center. The building will sit on roughly 2.3-acres. NOVO will consist of 192 market-rate units within a 5-story building above a two-level, 228 stall underground parking garage. The project offers a variety of floor plans with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options, with several unit types also including dens. This building will be designed with a contemporary, urban look with sophisticated eye-catching characteristics and spacious floor plans.
A groundbreaking is planned for NOVO Apartments in October of 2019. Vincent Real Estate is partnering in this project with Broadway Investors and Trident Development.
