NorBella Senior Living of Coon Rapids will be a single-story facility with 40 units of assisted living and memory care located in Coon Rapids, MN. This building design is a better alternative for people who require high acuity care. This community will provide 24-hour support, private bedrooms, and bathrooms, home-cooked nutritious meals, physical and mental exercises, housekeeping & laundry services, social outings, and activities. There is no universal acuity scale, so we created a model of a community that is deliberate to a resident’s needs with nurse staffing ratios and levels of care that meet each unique resident’s complex care plan.
