The apartment will be a 4-story building over an underground, concrete parking garage offering 166 parking stalls with an additional twenty-seven garage stalls on the first floor. The townhome complex will include ten townhome buildings containing four to six units per building for a total of 54 units. Each townhome unit is designed with an attached two-car garage, mechanical room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the main level. The second-level floor plans offer two and three-bedroom layouts with closets, washer/dryer, and bathrooms.
