Gateway Townhomes will be 43-units of market rate townhome rentals located in Shakopee, Minnesota. These individual townhome units will be constructed within eight total buildings. The townhome buildings will be wood-frame and include five- 5-unit buildings and three- 6-unit buildings. The townhomes have slab-on-grade foundations and are each two stories in height. Each townhome unit is designed with an attached two car garage, mechanical room, storage, living room with built-in electric replace.
