OVERVIEW
Boden Senior Living (FKA Summers Ridge of Apple Valley) will be a 64-unit high acuity senior care facility in Apple Valley, MN. The building plans call for 40 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. This community will provide 24-hour support, private bedrooms, and bathrooms, home-cooked nutritious meals, physical and mental exercises, housekeeping & laundry services, social outings, and activities. There is no universal acuity scale, so we created a model of a community that is deliberate to a resident’s needs with nurse staffing ratios and levels of care that meet each unique resident’s complex care plan.
