This event represents a partnership in the truest form! Along with project partners, investors, and city officials, Vincent Companies broke ground in Apple Valley, MN, on July 8, 2021. This 64-unit high acuity Assisted-Living Community plans to complete construction in 2022. This 42,974 square foot one-story building will include 40 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. We look forward to welcoming this same fantastic crew at the grand opening in 2022.
